the Shack

This A-Frame has been completely remodeled into a charming beach house.  It sleeps up to 7 people, but you have to love each other cause it’s small and cozy.  We furnished it as a cozy home and it is completely stocked with everything you need.  You are welcome to use anything you find including rain boots, crabbing equipment and kitchen food staples.  We just ask that you restock any food or wine you consume.  There is also a Sony 40″ LCD TV and Bose stereo/DVD player with MP3 player hookup.  So bring your iPod and any DVDs you want to watch.  There is also high-speed wireless internet and a washer and dryer.

Sleeping Arrangements

The private bedroom is located downstairs and has a queen bed.  The loft has two twin beds and a fold out twin bed which is also a chair and has the bedding located under the chair seat.  You can see pictures of the twin beds on pictures 1 and 3 above.  Below are pictures of the couch in the loft which can fold down into a queen bed.  The bedding is all tucked away under the couch and is complete with a comforter and pillows.  This is actually a pretty comfortable bed especially as far as couch/beds go.

Laundry and Back Porch

You are welcome to use our washer and dryer at no additional charge.  However if you go big on the loads and use a lot of detergent, please restock with a liquid detergent.
