Come Stay

Due to restrictions on the number of daily vacation rental within the City of Bandon, there is a minimum one month rental.

Monthly Rental Rate is $1,650 and additional days are $55 each.  This is fully furnished and includes all utilities and be ready for you to use for a longer vacation, sabbatical retreat, working remotely or to share with friends. We also charge a monthly cleaning fee of $100. Either party may cancel within 30 days of arrival without penalty and fully refund.

Once completed, we will display the information to give you access to the beach shack. We will also provide the contact information for folks who can help with any problems or questions during your stay.

Accommodates up to 7 people max, but you have to love each other cause it’s small and cozy. Sleeping arrangements include one downstairs bedroom with a queen; loft with two twin beds; fold down twin bed and couch which converts to a queen bed. There are details and pictures on the Shack page.

Sorry, no pets and no smoking.

When you complete the process above, this is considered a fixed term rental for the number of days you select.  $500 refundable deposit is required to complete the reservation and you will be directed to PayPal where you can pay with a credit card if you follow the process above.
